Today, I had a great day of sharing with other district leaders about what we are doing here in Royse City ISD. From tweets below, you can see we were sharing about our district's Strategic Plan, the common intervention schedule, Think Tanks, the PLC process, and being Connected Educators. We even had two of our 4th grade students speak at this event (Thank you, Cassie Padgett, Dr. Bright, and 4th grade team).
Even though we are not masters of all these things yet... we are doing great things in our district and on our campus. We are all learners in this process together -- and we will continue to make improvements throughout the school year.
Thank you so much everyone for your positive attitudes, your hard work, and doing your part in this experience. All of us working together, supporting each other, and building each other up is the reason why we are so successful.
Take a look of some of the wonderful learning and sharing we did today...
