Important Reminders
Volunteer Tea - May 31
We're hosting a Volunteer Tea for the morning of May 31. I would love to have some sweet notes from teachers and a few students to share with our PTO board members and other volunteers for our campus. Also, if you have any pictures that features any of our PTO members working on our campus, please send them to me.
Staff Parking Lot
I need ALL staff members to park on the side parking lot for the rest of the school year. I know parking in the front is very convenient but we need to open up these spaces for our school community.
Student Retention
By the end of this month, you'll need to have student names submitted to Mr. Jacobs for possible retention. These students should have been in STAT/RtI process all year.
FREE ESL Certification Prep Courses
Nite Green & I emailed the staff last week (different times) to remind folks about completing their ESL certification by July 31, 2017. Be sure to reread those messages in your inbox. Let either one of know if you have any questions.

No Specials for Dunk Tank
Tuesday, May 24 - Our special teachers will be in the dunking tank for the majority of the school day. We will not be having specials for this day - however the gym will be open and available for teachers/grade level teams to bring their classes for games during their regular special times.
Go Vote - Runoff Election
Be sure to exercise your right to VOTE on Tuesday, May 24. Voting booths are open until 7:00pm.
Field Day - Group Picture
We'll be taking a group picture of the WHOLE campus the morning of field day. I would like to see all students/staff lined up outside so we can get a picture for the roof of the building. The specific location/time will be announced this week. Please wear your grade colored t-shirt if you didn't order a shirt from the PTO.

There will be a BRIEF staff meeting on Friday, June 3rd @ 10:15am for all Royse City ISD employees that will be returning next year. Mr. Webb has a group presenting to all the campuses.
