Important Reminders
Smile - Your on Camera
On Monday, May 16th, the RCTV crew will be filming on our campus. They will be taking shots of students and/or teachers saying "I am a Bulldog" with your favorite Bulldog prop. Be sure to look camera ready that day - because they could be taken random shots throughout the building.
Volunteer Tea - May 31
We're hosting a Volunteer Tea for the morning of May 31. I would love to have some sweet notes from teachers and a few students to share with our PTO board members and other volunteers for our campus. Also, if you have any pictures that features any of our PTO members working on our campus, please send them to me.
Student Retention
By the end of this month, you'll need to have student names submitted to Mr. Jacobs for possible retention. These students should have been in STAT/RtI process all year.
FREE ESL Certification Prep Courses
Nite Green & I emailed the staff last week (different times) to remind folks about completing their ESL certification by July 31, 2017. Be sure to reread those messages in your inbox. Let either one of know if you have any questions.

On Wednesday, May 18th, we have several staff members attending the Region 10 Technology Conference. We'll be very limited on subs for this day so please don't ask to use personal days for this date.

Staff Parking Lot
A couple of things here - 1) A groups has requested using our side parking lot for a Boot Camp on Tuesdays/Thursdays beginning at 4:45am - 5:45am. I don't believe this will a problem for several of our staff members (unless you're working some very interesting hours).
2) As the end of the year kicks into gear, we're have several parents/volunteers on campus throughout the day for various reasons. Our front parking area is very limited with spaces and we need all the additional spaces we can get our hands on right now. I need ALL staff members to park on the side parking lot for the rest of the school year. I know parking in the front is very convenient but we need to open up these spaces for our school community.
T-TESS Survey
Mr. Worthy is asked all participants for the T-TESS system to complete a survey to gather some feedback about the system.
They would like to improve the implementation process - so your input (positive or negative) is extreme valuable to them. This survey was developed by the Texas Comprehensive Center (TXCC) in conjunction with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) - your individual responses are strictly confidential and are not individually identifiable. It is not possible to pause and return to the survey once you've begun, so please allow approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey.
