Important Reminders
Absences
Be sure to enter all requests for absences into Aesop for approval. Hourly employees, all overtime must be approved by the principal in advance. If you'll going to be out or late, please enter your absence and then call Mr. Jacobs.

MAP Training
Susan Lay will be here on Wednesday to conduct MAP Training for your grade level in the conference room. Be sure to visit with her during your conference time on this day. It should be about 20 minutes in length.
Lesson Plans in Forethought
I visited with Julia Robinson about attaching files to your Forethough Eduphoria accounts. This is allowed and if you need help doing this with your lesson plans, please come by the office and I will show you.
Also, Morgan Knauth has been working to make this more user-friendly for the teacher. So she is another great resource if you need some additional assistance.
Kona Ice
They will be coming to our campus on Wednesday and order forms were sent home with the students last week. Staff members will be given this treat for FREE so be sure to stop by during your lunch time.
Early Release @ 12:00pm
Please be communicating with parents/students about the Early Release day on Thursday. We will be releasing students @ 12:00pm. Please post this information your Social Media accounts and Remind. A note will be sent home with the students Wednesday as a reminder also.

Be sure to make arrangements for our staff meeting next Monday, Sept 12 @ 3:30pm in the library.
